One of the world's leading cement manufacturers $HOLN (+0.69%) will spin off its North American business on Monday, June 23, 2025 and go public as Amrize $AMRZ (-1.64%) to the stock exchange.

For each share held $HOLN (+0.69%) share held, shareholders will receive one $AMRZ (-1.64%) share. This will be done without a capital increase.

The exciting thing for me is that Holcim will continue to pursue an attractive dividend strategy with a profit distribution of >50%, but at the same time I can benefit from the strongly growing business in North America with a separate stock.

Analysts see growth potential in both stocks.
