This doesn’t sound as good news, recapitalisation is cancelled, the gold mine in difficulties even thou production is ongoing :
”Accordingly, the Board has determined that Firefinch can no longer continue to fund
Morila SA to operate the Morila Gold Mine.
The board of directors of Morila SA has been notified of Firefinch’s position regarding ongoing funding. Firefinch expects that Morila SA will enter a Malian insolvency process in the immediate term.
Accordingly, Firefinch expects to write down its investment in the Morila Gold Project to nil.”
Firefinch has been suspended from Official Quotation Under Listing Rule 17.6 because they didn’t pay their annual fees. Adding this to their voluntary suspension until end August 2022.
If they don’t pay before Friday, 26 August 2022 they’ll be removed from the Official List.
Can anyone here help me? Firefinch was one of the first stocks I bought about half a year ago as a complete beginner. I have so to speak directly made the classic beginner's mistake and because of a Youtuber bought shares of which I have no idea ;)
so bought for about 150, - then came the split and now I have about 40, - leolithium in the depot and 27, - Firefinch but with both is no longer traded and
just think about selling both and clean up the portfolio.
