Review of the year 2025 2.0

Today is the last trading day of 2025 in Germany.

Two weeks ago you could already have the Rewind created in Getquin, but who would have thought that things would happen so fast again in December. So I have to post the rewind again to save it for my history.

I end the year with only two positions: $RKLB (+2.93%) and $NBIS (+0.68%)

Nevertheless, I've been thinking for days about reducing my $RKLB (+2.93%) position and splitting the money into three or four candidates.

I wish you all a happy new year and happy celebrations. ☺️

Very strong performance and thanks for the absolute figures. That's how you first recognize the risk 💪🏼

@equity_expert_1695 I actually never saw any risk in Rocket Lab, as I bought it first last year at €6. My purchase price is only so high (currently €19) because I sold a lot and bought back at €40.
But that was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime investment, I won't do it again. 😅

@Klein-Anleger Let's see which of us will do better next year. We have the same strategy: a highly concentrated portfolio in high growth stocks. 🙏🏼

@Shiya You're much more focused again 😅✅
so this year my final performance is around 46%, you did more than twice as well 🤭 But you also have to say that this is my very first year in the stock market and I only started buying shares in March.

@Klein-Anleger I started in 2022 and bought stocks without a plan 😅 Apple, Waste Management, McDonald's and all the boomer stocks
And the following year I only wanted to invest in ETFS
And now I've got all my money in what feels like one share 🤣

But as I said, I'm thinking about selling Rocket so that I'm at 50%, but I haven't done anything yet because I'm sure I'll regret it in the end

@Klein-Anleger Don't worry, you are young and still have an extremely long time horizon ahead of you, time will be your best friend.😁
You are also on a very good path and are not investing like the average investor, which is positive in order to outperform the market. 😊

@Shiya What would you then like to invest the profits in?

@Shiya I haven't actually heard of it, I'll have a look, thanks for the info and as Klein Anleger has already said, if you invest it would certainly be very interesting for the community. :)

@Shiya Hi Shiya,
I had a quick look at the 3 companies and all 3 look interesting.
Unfortunately, only Omada Health is currently available on my broker.
Have you already done a deep dive or taken a closer look at these 3 companies?
Where did you find them?
I always have problems finding such interesting stocks...😅
Thank you.

A proud sum in the meantime! A few new positions would certainly not be wrong. I would continue to do without Nebius, but I've also had my doubts recently about the expansion of computing power. Perhaps things are moving a little too fast and soon a much more energy-efficient solution will make everything obsolete. I would therefore focus more on certain indispensable components in this area, but not on ownership and operation, unless it is for personal use. Do you monitor certain values for your diversification?

@PikaPika0105 The thing is, if I'd never sold, I'd almost have the 200k already. That's why I never want to sell RKLB again. But at the same time I want to minimize the risk, as I've already seen twice how I "lost" almost half of my money in one month.

I know you will never like Nebius, but I see a lot of potential here and the stock is well valued right now after the collapse. I think the stock can be between 150-200$ next year.

In the Twitter bubble I'm in, the following is recommended: $DLO (here I see massive potential until 2030, a 4X may be possible), $HROW (here I see 100$ until 2028), $OMDA (is new to the stock market) and $DCTH (don't be confused by the share price, the stock went public in 2020)
These are mostly health stocks. Health tends to perform best after tech and is somewhat safer in market corrections.

@Shiya I would have a look at the arguments for Nebius before you put almost 20% into it. DLocal could be quite interesting if it is somehow different from other payment service providers. Personally, I wouldn't invest a cent in the others. Health is fine in itself, but biotech is volatile, non-transparent and very uncertain. Success also has an expiry date. I'm more interested in health tech, suppliers or CDMOs. In other words, all those that are successful independently of specific clinical trials.

@PikaPika0105 I haven't done anything yet, I might just let everything continue.
If Neutron is successful, things can go up suddenly.

@Shiya Rocket Lab is definitely better than all the others you mentioned. A head start in various technological niches in a market that is just starting to develop and a clear growth strategy. I would probably still diversify little by little, but then into something real so that all the money doesn't disappear again.

@PikaPika0105 I'll just buy the All World ETF to make you happy. 🤓

@Shiya your portfolio performed better than 99% of the GQ community. I am already happy that mine performed better than 58% of the GQ community. This is my first full year of investing as a factory worker.

@SATNL I dont think its possible to be better than 99% 😅
@Shiya if you exclude yourself it is possible.
