Adjusted earnings per share (non-GAAP) in the third quarter were USD 0.19, USD 0.09 above expectations.
Sales of USD 117.7 million (+57.8 % compared to the previous year) exceeded expectations by USD 4.53 million.

Based on the impressive results, Gilat has raised its guidance for the full year 2025. The company now expects revenue to be in the range of USD 445 million to USD 455 million, up from its previous forecast of USD 435 million to USD 455 million.
Based on the mean value of the forecast range, this corresponds to growth of around 47% compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA is now forecast to be between USD 51 million and USD 53 million, which corresponds to growth of around 23% at the mid-point of the range.
