The bull market in $BTC (-0.66%) has already been declared in some quarters. On YouTube and X, people who are waiting for October lows are already being made to look foolish. Two green weekly candles are enough to come across as completely confident of victory here. But that’s too much of a “gut feeling” for me.
When will Bitcoin really enter its bull market? Essentially, it’s the same indicator that signaled the start of the bear market. When BTC broke through the 50s in November 2025 and, at the same time, the weekly RSI also fell below its average, that confirmed the downtrend.
What does the indicator say right now?
BTC has at least managed to approach the 50 level (red line on the chart). However, a breakout above that level will only be confirmed once the RSI is sustainably above its average again (yellow line on the RSI). If both conditions are met, then Bitcoin would be back in a bull market.

Indicators that look like they do right now are just noise.
