An operating margin of 66%- What? Yes exactly PlayWay S.A. is a Polish producer and publisher of computer games, founded in 2011. The company produces and publishes computer games (mainly low and medium budget titles) and financially supports projects of other domestic development teams. Currently, it includes several dozen development groups whose productions represent various genres of video games.

Now for the rating:

Current Kgv is at 23

Kuv is at 14.5

Profit multiple is just at 15 which I personally find severely undervalued

Since 2017, sales have increased fivefold🚀 and profits have also steadily increased. To top it off, the company also pays a dividend of just under 3%.

Personally, I've held the stock in my portfolio since the middle of the year...The price has been running sideways since the beginning of the year which, in addition to the low valuation, is another signal that the price will rise soon. Feel free to write me your opinion in the comments. See you soon 👋

I know a few games from their website, but I don't see any reason to go in with them. I think gaming is a difficult industry, so I'd rather go with Sony, Microsoft, Nvidia or the like. Gaming companies are too dependent on the success of individual titles 🥴.

@KapriolenSonne I can understand that... Playway actually releases 100 mobile games a year, which I think is very strong in connection with the investments

@KapriolenSonne This. Hardware and software more promising than developers and co.

@KapriolenSonne depends on the size of the publisher. EA, Activision or T2 can afford a fail and are still financially secure. Although the big publishers cause one scandal after the next, they are still money-printing machines. But I would be careful with smaller companies, e.g. CD projekt has shown how a botched release can threaten the existence of a company.

I'm not that deep into it but isn't it all coming from the fishing simulator? Also have a look at Tiny Build.

@MiIliardenmehling I think you are confusing Playway with Ten Square Games. Playway has more than 100 games on the market, so they are hardly dependent on individual titles

@Stonksman1 That may be, but Playway also has a game like that. The small studios are really interesting.

@Fresh-Environment-01 if the price leaves the converging triangle on the upper edge and retests, nothing stands in the way of the share ending the consolidation phase
LOL

@Fresh-Environment-01 Aren't you buying his bags? 🤡

@Fresh-Environment-01 Correct in theory, as "soon" is still relative.
