The first positions have fluttered into the depot - 1KW

Thank you very much for all the good wishes and the first few comments on my project.

The first tranches have fluttered into the portfolio! As already announced, the focus is on high-quality, stable dividend payers.

The following key figures are evaluated

Dividend yield

Dividend continuity

Dividend growth

Quality of the company

You can also see 2 unrated stocks, one is Reality Incom, a REIT and therefore not rated with typical characteristics. Therefore "unrated" for me but a must have in a dividend portfolio.

On the other hand, NOVO, where I am betting on the quality and potential growth of the company, coupled with the current weakness of the share price. I want to take advantage of such (supposed) buying opportunities and give the portfolio a certain growth potential in addition to the dividend.

I did not get any execution on United Health Group and Philip Morris.

On Sunday, I will look at my watchlist again and see which stocks are currently correcting and possibly reaching a support level, or are correcting the last move in the uptrend and have a chance of continuing the trend.

Have a nice weekend. Enjoy your time off and let it rip...

Why not add a distributing world ETF and something like $O?

Because I will also write options on the positions later and ETFs are usually not liquid or cannot be optioned at all
@RenteRenditeReisen Then you have a plan and more than just "investing" in mind.

@MoneyISnotREAL Yes, this is about cash flow. As written in the 1st post, I am planning with 3 pillars. Each pillar should generate at least 2k per month. If I only invest here and do nothing, it won't quite be enough. I may also want to bridge a few years by "relaxing" until retirement. But I'll write more about that later.

@tjwr ETFs are cool, but they don't work for me. I don't feel comfortable with them. Unfortunately, it's emotional and not necessarily rational 😁... but for me, the stock market and my money are an emotional matter. Anyone who can really separate the two has my utmost respect. 🙌💪
@RenteRenditeReisen It's perfectly legitimate 👌 The great thing about the stock market is that everyone can go their own way. There is no one right or wrong way.

I didn't read/see your first posts, only this one.
Hence my "blunt" question about ETFs.

The way I see it, you have a plan and know your stuff. So, go for it!

Waste management might be another idea, it doesn't pay the world, but in my opinion it is crisis-proof.

I am also watching! Limit so far is EUR 182.50, but it looks like I will set a limit for the first tranche at 195 next week. Definitely a candidate to be added to the portfolio

@DonnieAzoff215415 Overall, however, I still expect a correction in the market as a whole, which is why I am not very aggressive ;-)

I am also of the opinion that everything is somewhat overrated.

I use the Traderfox scoring system, based on data from Morningstar
