That depends on your risk/reward ratio. What is your goal - long-term or short-term?

With $AMZN, you could achieve a return of around 5-20% over the next few months. However, the risk is currently higher as the market is currently correcting.

With ETFs, the risk is also there, but not as high. On the other hand, you need more patience and discipline to achieve a higher return.
