Annulment of the decision to dismiss the appeal against the judgment in the absence of a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG
ORLEN SA ("ORLEN", "Company") informs that the Court of Appeal in Łódź - I Civil Chamber has annulled the previously issued decision to dismiss the appeal against the judgment in the absence of a resolution No. 3/2022 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PGNiG SA of October 10, 2022 on the merger of the Company with PGNiG SA and approval of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of ORLEN ("Resolution").
