Ubisoft games better investment than the share

Reduce consumer spending and invest in the respective share instead, you hear this again and again in the social media and this is also great advice.

If it weren't for $UBI (-4.46%) Ubisoft would be.

In 2021, when Assassin's Creed Valhalla was released, the game and Ubisoft shares cost about the same.

  • Assassin's Creed: 80€, a few hours of fun, current resale value approx. 10€, i.e. -87.5%
  • Ubisoft share: 80€, anything but fun, current value approx. 4€, i.e. -95%

I think I made a wise investment decision back then 😅

@Hendan Yep, loved the open world approach for a long time but Valhalla was the last thing I bought and abandoned after 10 hours

I hope when you wanted to play the game in 2021, you invested your money in Nvidia stock instead of a new Nvidia Graka!
Would have been a wise decision. 🧐

@Epi Oh yes, I'm still biting myself in the ass about it, I used to watch NVIDIA's developer conferences and product launches if I had been interested in shares in 2019 🥲

The next example: go woke go broke.

@Wojtek I don't know if you can attribute that to it

@Wravo oh but so what

@Wojtek would have said Toxic labor structure and release of the same game year after year without further development

@Wravo due to the company's gender biased ideology. When the creator creates a game and the company forbids the content to be formulated in a way that makes it more interesting for the player but sticks to a left-green filthy ideology.
