Class action lawsuit against Strategy!

Apparently, due to misleading statements about the $BTC (-1.13%) strategy, a class action lawsuit against $MSTR (-8.94%) and its executives was filed with the SEC👀

I'm curious to see what the outcome will be.

@Semos25 nope :) I sold just in the plus when the markets slowly fell because of the trade war and then actually wanted to buy back later at a lower entry point... but what can I say, I then used the money to buy Bitcoin😅🤷‍♂️

But if the entry point is right, I'll buy again. I also want to buy the Twenty One share when it's tradable :)

@stefan_21 I am currently up almost 40%. Would like to sell but Bitcoin is doing so well right now. Can change at any time, of course. But I don't want to get too greedy either 😊 Let's see. I've never heard of the shares before.

@Semos25 if you intend to sell, you can, for example, set a cautious stop loss and tighten it further in the future - that's what I often do with stocks :)

@MH711 Yes, Metaplanet is doing a really good job... wouldn't have thought that such a small company could accumulate so many BTC😅

In principle, Twenty One is already tradable as $CEP. The merger will probably be completed in Q3 and then the share will be transferred to $XXI :)
However, the share has gone through the roof and it is rather opaque how the share is valued in comparison to the BTC on the balance sheet. That's why I'm staying away from it at the moment.

@stefan_21 ah ok, I already have CEP on my watchlist and had recently read something about the merger...let's see :-) You really can't complain about $3350, a very exciting position, I'm curious :-)
