I was lucky to have had so little Btc that I only saw the smaller fall as a marginal event in the overall portfolio 😅 had more or less taken out my investments in stages between 80k and 105k and only left the profits in. (I actually left in what was over 1 year with the holding period

@TotallyLost I wouldn't have sold any more. They were only just under 2000 anyway (before the price loss) and as a German I was tax-free after a year and didn't feel like filing a tax return...
Are you thinking of buying at low prices? Not really the point of rule-based investments 🤔 but below 50k I'm starting to find it tempting.

This constant temptation 😂

@SchlaubiSchlumpf Unfortunately, the situation is a little more complex for me.
In Austria, the boom is actually taxable.
However, I still have old stock that is exempt.

That's why buying back is not so attractive for me.
From a tax point of view, it makes more sense for me to simply sell the tops.

Makes sense. I'm not that convinced by Bitcoin. It's kind of hip and cool to have a little bit and in the event of the Great Reset with a switch to Btc as the main currency, I'm all in with my 0.02 Btc. 😵‍💫

Well, at least it's now less than 1% of the portfolio, so it's starting to simply not matter. I would find even real estate more interesting as a diversification. (Mostly as a hedge against rising rents)
