Employee shares booked

The $AIR (+4.65%) employee shares were booked into the securities account at the beginning of April. 15 were paid for and 10 shares were added on top. The initial reference price of € 200.65 (closing price on February 18) was thankfully replaced by the closing price on April 1. So at €162/163, I actually got the same entry price as last year. Now the rally can start again as far as I'm concerned.

@max233 This year, the largest offer was 135 shares in total. So I bought 81 and received 54 as a gift. That was after the reduction due to oversubscription.

What happens if you sell them directly or at short intervals?

@Springroll I know from experience that employee shares have a minimum holding period. I think it was 7 years at the DAX company where I was once employed.

@Springroll There is a 3-year holding period. You can't sell them before that.

There are different packages. You can only choose a package that you can pay with the next 3 net monthly salaries.

You get 40% more shares than you paid for yourself.

Taxes and social security contributions are then also due on these 40% shares. Because it is a gift from the employer.
