for your 3 mentioned BDC'S probably the most important reason are the falling interest rates and thus the margins/profits of the BDC's

@Asgard19 Right, the price losses are a very small part of why everything has gone down like oil ... unfortunately :(

In my opinion, $BATS has done too well anyway. I sold two thirds of my position one and two months ago at a good profit, dividend or not. If the share price falls by another 10%, I would consider buying it again.

The BDCs you mentioned benefit greatly from high interest rates. However, as the trend is more towards lower interest rates, some of these are certainly already priced in, which will probably lead to falling dividends. Whether this will actually happen remains to be seen. Moreover, interest rate policy is probably only one of many factors. It is annoying that you are sitting on share price losses, but your investment case was probably the dividend policy. I'm cautious with recommendations at this point, but you could research the "healthiest" companies and consider buying more. Whether you do this now, with or after the next FED meeting or dividend announcement is up to you.

@FinSteel Thank you! Yes, that's what I was thinking too. I'll wait for the earnings and the next Fed decision and then see what happens. I'm not invested in all of them. That's right! I was planning to add to or get into them to further increase the dividends.
