Dear getquin community,


It's been a while since I introduced myself here and it's time to take stock of my scoring again, including a focus on $LEN (-2.33%) the current top scorer of the Best Stock Quality Score (BAQS) (besteaktien.net).


Since we started with the BAQS, Lennar Crop. ($LEN) (-2.33%) has always been at the top and the performance of the share over the last few years speaks for itself. Lennar, together with its subsidiaries in the United States, is a homebuilding company. Its activities include the construction and sale of one- and two-family homes; the purchase, development and sale of residential land; and the development, construction and management of multifamily rental properties. The company also provides residential mortgage financing, title, insurance and closing services to homebuyers and others, and originates and sells securitized commercial mortgage loans - so it's pretty well diversified for a company that is classified in the construction industry.


Due to its reasonable valuation, stable growth, stable margins (25% in construction, 52% for financial services) and excellent outlook (continued growth, falling mortgage rates, housing shortage in the US), Lennar is therefore a hot candidate for my wikifolio.

A day trip to Verona or the Lago (Munich for Lake Garda) awaits me tomorrow. This will be combined with a detour or two to a cantina (winery) to replenish my stocks of white, rosé and possibly red wine. Actually, I didn't want to know anything about the stock market on vacation, but it doesn't let you go if you don't just have ETFs in your portfolio.

Which of my positions do you think I should make bigger (and why)?


On the following months I'd like to go for:


Airlines: $UAL (-1.27%) or $IAG (+1.25%) --> Good momentum, growth ahead, undervalued.


Insurance: $CS (+0.6%) or $ALV (+0.8%) --> Good dividend, good momentum, good perspectives, high dividend.


European Banks:
$ISP (+0.13%) or $CABK (+1.05%) --> Undervalued Vs American banks, better environment than years ago with lower valuations, higher interest and more security... possibility of gaining stock apretiation while receiving high dividends.


Homebuilding: $LEN (-2.33%) --> They have a clear problem with lack of homes in the US, good valuation, good growth prospects.


Also tempted to double with my pharma losers $CAH (-0.95%) and $AMPH (+0.22%) , bought them when they were with good momentum and they've underperformed since, but I still like the future prospects... High growth, small caps, good drug portfolio... If I still like the numbers and they're cheaper now, should I double my bet here?(I hate going against momentum). $PFE (-0.73%) also on the list, but I have it on a small saving plan. Shifting momentum but still early to say so I prefer to buy slow...


I'm not planing on adding stocks that are not currently in my portfolio.

I doubled my $PFE yesterday, the price is good and I am happy to buy and hold it for a long period of time to get some more dividends

Create, create, build houses!


The demand for housing in the USA remains high - and no wonder! There is said to be a shortage of several million houses on the American housing market. For years, companies such as $LEN (-2.33%)
$DHI (-0.03%) or $TOL (+0.46%) . D.R. Horton, Lennar Corporation and Toll Brothers are leading players in the US residential construction and real estate development market. They specialize in the construction and sale of residential properties.

Do you think the companies will continue to develop as well as they have in the coming years? Why are you interested in the sector or not?
