Hello people

I need your opinion tonight. I currently still have holdings with Deka. These are:

$n/a (DekaFonds TF [oriented to the DAX]) and $n/a (DEKA-MegaTrends CF (basically a MSCI World).

(It says n/a with the two funds, but they are still found).

The DekaFonds is currently up 2.34%. This will be sold soon if possible. Who wants to be in the DAX? Linde certainly doesn't.

The MegaTrends worries me more. This is currently being saved and is also doing reasonably well. Just MSCI World.

Except for a few minor shifts, it has the same (at least the first 10) companies as the $H4ZJ (-0.16%)

However, this is currently 53.51% in plus. The deposits will be stopped soon. Just didn't have that on the screen.

But what do I do with the amount? Just leave it or sell it and then buy MSCI World?

Leaving it would mean the costs shown in the attached picture (point 4 is 25% of the performance above 100% MSCI World Net Return in EUR (also taking into account the previous 5 years)).

From what I have found out so far, despite the costs, the fund has performed the same as the MSCI World with lower costs. So the final sum is approximately the same, despite higher costs. Therefore, I am unsure whether I should not just save the taxes and just leave the thing.

What is your opinion on this (apart from the usual "Sparkasse is stupid anyway").

Deka has a good value calculator that also includes the costs. Unfortunately, I could not find such a thing for the MSCI World anywhere.

EDIT: Just added two more pictures. Even if the MegaTrends is currently equal to the MSCI World, it seems to have in the past (despite higher costs) much better performance in the past...

EDIT2: Just found something new. For the sake of completeness, I'm attaching the image as well. The other MSCI picture with the 8300€ is probably a forecast for the next 12 years, while the now attached picture shows the history.

This shows that the two are pretty much the same. I calculate in Excel...

I have a question and need the swarm intelligence. It is about loss calculation (no tax advice and no investment advice, I know).

I currently have $BIGG (+1.49%) in the depot. This was my first share and I have invested rashly 1100 € at 2.50 €. Meanwhile I have 68% minus.

Until it recovers, if at all, it will probably take a few more years.

At the same time I have the $D6RK (Dekafonds-TF) in the depot. That runs since the training at that time and I have there meanwhile 2000€ profit.

Now my question is:

I want to sell the DekaFonds 99.99% and invest the money in a new PC (important! 😅😂) and put the rest in the World.

I'm not sure about BIGG. Basically I already believe that the company will come at some point, only when is the question. And honestly I have no Bock now 5 years on minus ~70% or more.

Is it therefore possibly sensible to sell the thing at a loss wg. loss calculation to simply get rid of it? How would that affect the tax very roughly? Can one calculate there times so roughly over thumbs nen approximate value?

My tax advisor is prevented on longer, so I ask times here to get at least a rough overview.

P.S.: Exemption order is (at least almost) completely exhausted, since I have already sold another fund in January 2021.

I have a question that keeps me busy. I still have two savings plans with Deka from "earlier". Once $OG7X (Deka MegaTrends CF 40€ mntl.) and $D6RK (DekaFonds-TF 50€ mntl.). With the dekafonds I have no issue surcharge but still 2.19% fee per year. With the MegaTrends I have 3.75% front-end load plus still current fee of 1.48%.

I know that these are expensive but I have already 80% profit with the MegaTrends and 70% with the DekaFonds. They both run great and honestly I'm afraid to sell or shut down.

I also do not know how to find a comparable ETF, because the Megatrends runs well. That was the first fund in my life that has now been running for 12 years.

My questions therefore:

How do I find comparable ETFs?

Should I stop the savings plans or just let them continue?

I just need Mal ne opinion, because I can not decide.
