Hi everyone,

Barrick Gold $ABX (+0%) presented quarterly figures today.

The mining company beat expectations in the fourth quarter of 2024 (USD 0.41) with adjusted earnings per share of USD 0.46, while sales were slightly below forecasts.

Gold and copper production increased and the company announced a USD 1 billion share buyback program and a dividend of USD 0.10 per share #dividends .

Gold production is expected to decline slightly in 2025.

As an absolute fan of gold and the corresponding shares, I remain invested, and I also think that the sharp rise in the gold price will help the company a great deal.
