The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of large sized U.S. energy companies in the S&P 500 Index. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P Energy Select Sector Daily Capped 25/20 Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. These securities include equity securities issued by large sized U.S. energy companies, which are included in the S&P 500 Index and have been classified as falling within the Energy sector in line with the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). The Fund will use a replication strategy to create a near mirror-image of the Index.
