We are currently revising the search and the database of so-called "non-categorized assets", which is why it sometimes happens that you can NOT find things like certificates, derivatives, ETN and ETC via the search. Accordingly, you can currently also not create manual transactions with them. However, the things are mostly recognized during the PDF import.

@Kundenservice Are you sure that the mapping is not incorrect in your DB? Via other services (Parqet,...) the ISIN is correctly recognized as CoinShares Physical Bitcoin. Or is it due to downstream services? A big advantage of GQ is the automated portfolio tracking. But this is not possible, because after each API call incorrect data is imported into the portfolio: (partial) sales that have not been made suddenly appear; depending on the order of savings plan execution on the same day, standard positions such as an S&P 500 are partially skipped, so that shares & (overall) performance are no longer correct. All transactions must be imported individually / manually via PDF, but I can do that in any other app without a bug at the point. 😔

@Lazar As far as I know, Parqet uses Ariva. we use Refinitiv. there, the mapping for assets is different and things like names, prices, etc. are automatically parsed. that's why sometimes strange names arise, because we retrieve them automatically via Refinitiv and don't have our own naming service (especially with certificates and the like, it's noticeable). (We are working on the quality of the open banking, but we are very dependent on what data a broker releases. For TR, we have now been able to reduce the loading times to just under one tenth on average. The next step for Scalable will be the import of the transaction history. (Coming with the next major update) Then it doesn't matter if the portfolio is updated daily, because we can then pull individual transactions and no longer just stocks. (And the problem with the rounding differences is eliminated, as long as you do not tinker manually.) Individual transactions will also follow TR in the next few weeks. The colleagues are working on the ETC issue, but unfortunately I can not say how long it will finally take. :/
