Hello everyone,

The BC ETF was approved some time ago.

I found the above-mentioned ETFs in a somewhat orphaned custody account, which I have had for 5 years.

Can anyone explain the difference to the "new" BC ETFs?

The ETF in the USA is not a debt security but a normal asset that must also be managed separately as a special asset. The difference with us is that the asset is not on the balance sheet of the company and is therefore not exposed to insolvency.
ETPs are bonds and only give you the right to the asset. However, if the company goes bankrupt, you may not be able to claim everything

I am looking for a Bitcoin ETP with a delivery option, as these are tax-free after one year and are taxed as special assets in Germany. This is quite expensive and I don't read that bitcoins are delivered. Does anyone know anything about ETPs?
