I bought Teamviewer back then at €37, held it until I was heavily in the red, bought a lot more at €7.75 and then sold everything last year for €15 with a good profit. Nevertheless, I am still convinced of the share and believe in rising prices in the future. The reason for the sale was that I thought the share was highly valued at the time and preferred to reallocate the money to other shares. In addition, TMV still had problems with its advertising partner ManU and still had (has) a lot of debt. In addition, the major shareholder Permira Advisers LLP still holds almost 15% of the shares. This regularly reduces its position and leads to strong dips in the share price.
I can imagine investing in the share again in the future, but only after the end of the advertising contract with ManU and after Permira has further reduced its position. I would also like to monitor the development of the debt reduction and the growth of the business.
Thanks for the presentation of the company. I'm missing the numbers here, though. You have only described TMV's product and not the share as an investment.
