@Divmann In principle, one tries to reduce these psychological effects by an appropriate stock analysis and the adherence to certain key figures. But of course: no one is free of these effects. You can see that alone in the numerous posts on the subject of "my portfolio is going under the wheels, I have no desire to slow down". Exactly these posts have also inspired me to write this post.
