Nvidia drives the NASDAQ and FED gives information for the possible future of interest rates this year ⤵️

The trading day was yesterday yes again very exciting. If you look at it on a weekly basis, most of the gains were siphoned off first. There are currently also some political points that provide again and again for upwind and downwind. Debt ceiling in the U.S. and interest rates, interest rates and again interest rates. Even an ECB member of the Governing Council says that he thinks an interest rate break is possible and hours later the Deutsche Bank boss comes around the corner and calls for further increases. Also in the FED one is further uncertain. One holds a lowering meanwhile for impossible. Rather a break but then further increase. One is not satisfied on the part of the FED with the high inflation and the measures do not take effect as they should, or too slowly. So one assumes after a summer break of further increases. So it remains exciting and in constant change.

$NVDA
Nvidia... what to say about it. The figures yesterday looked like this:

Nvidia's first quarter earnings per share of $1.09 beat analyst estimates of $0.92. Revenue of $7.19 billion beat expectations of $6.52 billion.

The stock rose more than 25% after-hours, hitting a new ATH and driving the NASDAQ pre-market up nicely. What's going on. If you read through the news then you can hardly get past the news in the chip sector. China and the U.S. want to protect each other's markets and exclude each other. At Nvidia, China makes up about 1/3. If there are any harbingers or anything else, this could hit Nvidia hard. Congratulations to all shareholders who have been on this ride. For me, the air is getting a little very thin up there. Do you have an exit scenario at Nvidia or do you want to keep holding the stock and assume continued growth? I would be interested to know what the Nvidia investors among you think! I will also look at the numbers today again something in depth.

What happens today still so beautiful:

I think it is unrealistic that China wants to exclude NVidia from their market. Who would also voluntarily force his own country to put on inferior hardware (except maybe communists^^).

I see NVIDIA on completely different levels in the long term. Whether it was gaming or blockchain in the Corona hype, now the topic of AI, in a few years there will be other topics and all need massive computing power. Of course, the stock can also go backwards again from time to time. But doing market timing now has never worked for me 😂 that's why I keep the stock in my portfolio and don't pay taxes unnecessarily.

I will simply hold my Nvidia shares. Definitely, it will soon go down, but in the long run, I see Nvidia significantly higher.
