No panic on the Titanic... I've often had to read questions here after a loss has occurred. Here is an example of what my portfolio has done so far. What am I doing? Nothing. Take note of it and that's that.

The reasons include figures from $UNH (+0.09%) which have left me with a whopping four-digit loss.

The US health insurer UnitedHealth is struggling with unexpected additional costs and lower payments from government programs.

The Management Board is therefore specifying its targets for the year. Adjusted earnings per share in 2024 should now be between 27.50 and 27.75 US dollars, as the company announced in Minnetonka on Tuesday. This key figure, which is important in the United States, is therefore slightly lower at the upper end of the range than previously announced - 28 dollars was previously on the cards. In pre-market trading, the shares lost around two percent. UnitedHealth The insurer performed better than expected in the third quarter. Group turnover climbed by around nine percent to 100.8 billion US dollars (92.3 billion euros). Adjusted earnings per share rose at a similar rate to 7.15 dollars. UnitedHealth exceeded the average analyst estimates with both key figures. The profit attributable to shareholders amounted to a good six billion dollars, almost four percent more than in the previous year.

I'm thinking about buying more soon and filling the position.

So breathe easy 😇, these are all normal movements and can correct downwards even more. The stock market as it lives.

Everything's fine on the boat, everything's fine on the cutter: in the end, the only thing that counts is how "Max" performs.

@Alpalaka Of course you're right 👍. It's just a nice example for all those who always panic at the slightest downward change and is intended to show that things aren't just going up. And times are going to get more turbulent anyway.

Unfortunately, money won't be available again until next month. But it looks great. Nice setback currently with -10%.
Maybe it will stay low for the next 4 weeks 😅

@DividendenWaschbaer then let's hope for the best for both of them. The figures really aren't bad, but they show just how hot the market has already become. Good is not good enough

What do depots do? 😄 Everyone has to go through a phase like this at some point. The important thing is to stay calm. The best example of how you do that. 👍😃 Next time the green will be twice as high 😁👍

@KonradM and a positive side effect, today the savings plans for my ETFs are running at ING.

@Dividendenopi That's the way it has to be. After receiving my deposit today (for tomorrow's savings plans), it's also red. But from tomorrow it will be green again for me 😁 Always look for and find the positives

Same here... For me it's $NVDA. But it was almost obvious after the ascent of the last few days

That's nothing compared to the Corona period! 😅

@Wowa83 That's clear. Many people don't know when it's really rushing down. And today is just a rustle in the wind. It's just to soothe the maltreated souls here who are trying to catch their breath at $ASML or the highly weighted $NVDA depots. Everything will be fine.

@Dividendenopi Yes, I already understood. I always find it interesting how many people post that they are looking forward to lower prices because then they can buy more. And when it really does fluctuate minimally, panic sets in!

I'm using this as an opportunity. I wanted to strike anyway. The best moment for my start-up capital.
