I have it, just for the dividends, I bought low and returned 20% in a year. Wont buy extra though, just not worth it at this point.

Wozu sollte jemand den haben? Der Kurs läuft seit Jahren (Jahrzehnten) nahezu seitwärts und die Ausschüttungsentwicklung spricht auch nicht grad dafür. Da gibts unzählige bessere REITs meiner Meinung nach🤷🏼‍♂️.
