Warrants of series K, A, and Z are issued at a ratio of one warrant of each series for every 30 common shares held by shareholders of record as of November 18, 2025. The warrants have different exercise prices: USD 9.00 for series K, USD 13.00 for series A, and USD 17.00 for series Z. All three series are immediately exercisable and expire on November 20, 2026, unless the conditions for early expiration are met.

Each series includes an early expiration clause that takes effect if the company's stock maintains certain price levels for a 30-day trading period. The trigger prices are $10.80 for Series K, $15.60 for Series A, and $20.40 for Series Z.
