@Investingyoung Unlike real estate companies, Scout24 has no buildings 🏘️. This means less capital tied up, a high return on capital, high margins and less risk due to real estate prices.

Real estate continues to be sold, rented or bought, despite crises or bubbles. The biggest danger ⚠️ would be if interest rates rise sharply again, but I don't see that happening yet.
