What is the reason for -10% today, haven't found any info?

•@Marcelo-80 In my opinion, the fall in the share price is sentiment-driven, not fundamental. the Q4 Prelim figures were strong.
••
@Ash That's right, that's why I decided to invest. Already -17% on a weekly basis, I added another 25 shares...in March things should start to look up

@Marcelo-80 There is nothing to suggest an upward movement. I would be cautious.
••
@Olli68 Do you mean from a technical chart perspective or on the basis of the preliminary figures?

@Marcelo-80 Insider selling, industry sentiment, skepticism after the figures and a technical downward spiral. A lot of things come together.
••
@Olli68 The insider transactions were not a negative signal.
The CEO had to exercise expiring options (expiry: January 27) to avoid forfeiting USD 3.5m in profit.
More importantly, the CEO retains 987,753 shares (~USD 16m), of which 861,109 are in family trusts that were NOT sold. This shows substantial long-term commitment.
Originally agreed with you on this point until I was informed that they were options.

PS: Barclays has also lowered its price target from USD 29 to USD 22, which has increased the downward pressure.

@Ash I only gave reasons that don't go down well on the stock market. If he "had" to sell them, the compensation scheme was not optimal. To put it mildly.
