On October 15, 2025 published $ASML (+2,17%) its quarterly results. The company posted earnings per share (EPS) of $6.38, which was 3% above expectations of $6.22. However, revenue came in at $8.732 billion, slightly below expectations of $8.97 billion a miss of 3%.
Year on year, ASML continues to show strong growth, with EPS up 11% while revenue was 7% higher than the same period last year. Yet quarter-on-quarter numbers show a slight decline, with a 7% drop in EPS and 2% in revenue.
The results show that ASML remains profitable and is performing stronger than analysts expected in terms of earnings, but that revenue is slightly under pressure probably due to temporarily lower demand or delayed deliveries within the chip industry.
