which (software) companies do you think will benefit the most from AI development and why?

I mean really in the end application, so please no chip manufacturers, data centers etc. (shovel sellers).

For example, I think there will be companies like. $NOW (-2,3%) or Hubspot (linking doesn't want to work😅). The workflows here are automated even further by AI, for example, and companies save employees in that they also run the already good software in a much more automated way.

I have been invested in ServiceNow for a long time, and I have Hubspot on my list.

Can you think of any less obvious winners in AI development in the end-use space? Where you might not even think about it yet?

@Kronos_ I have not yet understood what exactly they do and I believe that very few people really understand the entire business model. Unfortunately, the company is too opaque for me to invest in.

Only when it comes to software, I strongly believe that $SAP and $CRM will be able to create many small improvements in some areas by means of AI, which will save personnel costs because things can be cleverly automated. The area of marketing, in particular copywriting or paid ads, will also be able to be optimized better and faster by means of AI.

@Staatsmann yo, CRM systems definitely. i find marketing interesting. $TTD, for example, could benefit greatly. $GOOGL as well. Alphabet should generally be one of the strongest profiteers if you haven't just slept with DeepMind over the last few years 🙈

@Kytez When I look at the current algorithms that are already running in the background at Google Ads, I see a lot of automation and optimization potential there through corresponding AI algorithms. Even $SHOP could benefit from this in the end.
