First share

$MSTR (-3,38%) is my first share purchase - ever. The first and probably only security I will own. 🤝

No problem. Just sue the trustmebros for investment advice if things go wrong. So you should have made a post beforehand to see if it was worth doing. You would certainly have caught 5 trustmebros who would have told you that you would be a millionaire in three years.

@Madhatter5566 it's always wonderful how worthless your comments are in terms of content

@Madhatter5566 No, I actually find it very interesting myself. I don't have many shares either. My portfolio consists of two positions (besides cash), I'm a dubious speculator 😶
@Rob314 What then? I think taking a trustmebro to an investment advisor and suing for total loss is a very valuable tip. The way they always advertise here.

What made you buy MicroStrategy and why will it remain your only security? :)

@xgreenyflo Just for fun, I like the idea of leveraging Btc. I don't think much of securities - in the truest sense of the word. 😄

@userf8d9f17773044eaf All right. I also like it in theory, but what worries me about MicroStrategy is that you buy all BTC with debt on which you have to pay interest. The interest is due on date X. Assuming BTC is at a low at that point and MicroStrategy hasn't realized any gains before, they either have to sell BTC at a low and possibly at a loss, or have to take on more debt to pay the interest. I can't imagine the above scenario, but it still tempts me to buy BTC myself and hold it on a cold wallet. I'm curious to see how the whole thing develops.

@xgreenyflo Absolutely, but they also raise capital by issuing securities. I find the whole construct interesting and don't have many shares. It's just a leverage effect. It's purely for fun, buying spot and self-custody remains the be-all and end-all. 🤙🏻
