See job advertisements at Circus: The position is advertised for 3 locations.
However, they will probably start with one and then roll it out further. (Why else advertise a position for 3 explicitly named locations)
Maybe they don't have the staff to roll it out immediately at these 3 locations. But that's all speculation. But it is deliberately kept in the singular and plural...
