Kimbell grants the license to drill on their land, through the KE you could make new investments in fields these are of course reallocated, moreover, Kimbell has no fixed contracts in the long term but short-term thus when the oil price rises again significantly higher revenues come. In addition, Royalties have low costs for staff and co. But if someone does not believe in oil, the share is of course not a buy
