$DIV (+2,06%) I have had them in my portfolio for some time. Dividends every month - I can get used to it 😊

The share price looks scary. Dividends are not being increased, but have remained constant for years with a payout ratio (according to getquin) of almost 200%. Phew, that wouldn't be anything for me. Or am I missing something at first glance?

What exactly is the added value of this multi-license company for mankind? Why do we need something like this?
