In this fund I have a gain of 58% matured after around 3.5 years .. so I cash in the gain

its an equity USA fund at accumulation and I would like to invest in a global etf with lower ter as possible which includes a % of Emerging markets …
is $VWCE (-0,92%) the right choice ? I will not touch the fund for at least 10-12 years and I can consider adding something semi annually .
This will be (except some bonds i already have )
the only accumulation part of my portfolio which is following a dividend strategy .
