Hi, interesting post. What do you think of Data center REIT'S like $EQIX and $DLR ? I have been seeing that Amazon, Google and Meta are building their own Data Centers in order to rely less and less from 3rd parties providers. Could this be a problem in the future for this type of REIT'S?
