•@Tenbagger2024 Well, they are not free. Spin-offs are just derecognition and in this case the company was given up but was still worth a few euros per share. At least it's cool that we still have something like this in Germany. Siemens is keeping Germany alive. Infineon, Siemens, Energy, Healthineers and possibly Mobility at some point
