Just bought 3x LTC Properties from the Christmas money 🏥

My portfolio is now literally doing what I plan to do at some point: chilling in nursing homes and collecting passive income 💰

Chilling in a care home?
If you can still chill, don't go to a nursing home.
Own contribution currently approx. 4000€pM, with approx. 10% increase pa. You'll need a few million more from $LTC.
