Of course already busy with😌. The topic of how they generate energy for their mining infrastructure is particularly exciting (mainly hydropower Canada and Sweden already operational, Paraguay under construction with ~300 MW to my knowledge exclusively hydropower). Of course, the question of how they will continue to position themselves. Currently mining is the main operation and Paraguay will continue to be associated with it. If they switch to HPC/colocation, then things will of course get interesting here too😅🤷🏼‍♂️.

yes looks good. will also go in, i think it has potential

I'm curious, but I think it will only be short-term

At what cost do they mine?

@Multibagger The efficiency is currently 18 joules per terahash (J/TH) and is to be improved to 17.5 J/TH.

@Multibagger so not too attractive in my opinion.

@Wiktor_06 Where are they compared to other miners?
imagem de perfil
among the top 3 in terms of efficiency with 17.5 J/TH

@Multibagger HIVE is not among the absolute top hardware, but is better than many other large miners in terms of power consumption and costs per Bitcoin thanks to its clever setup and renewable energy.

@Wiktor_06 These values mean nothing to me. I'm too simple-minded for that. Tell me how much of the 360,000$ they mine every day is left over after costs. Then I can work out whether it's worth getting in.😉

@Multibagger Where did you get the 360,000 dollars?

According to my sources, they have a daily turnover of 1,002,000$ per day (at 9 BTC per day)

HIVE produces around 9 Bitcoin a day, which at a Bitcoin price of $113,000 corresponds to a turnover of around 1.02 million US dollars. After deducting electricity costs, the company is left with a mining margin of around 55% and around $559,000 per day.

@Multibagger @Wiktor_06 das hatte ich gefunden… „… Outlook and Strategic Vision

HIVE Digital Technologies is poised for a period of accelerated growth and margin expansion, driven by its dual strategy in Bitcoin mining and HPC/AI. Management projects Bitcoin mining hash rate to reach 25 exahash by Fall 2025, representing a substantial increase from current levels. At this scale, with Bitcoin at $100,000, the company forecasts over $400 million in annualized revenue and more than $250 million in gross mining margin, with a cost to produce Bitcoin around $42,000. Should Bitcoin rally to $150,000, these figures could surge to nearly $700 million in annualized revenue and almost $500 million in gross mining margin. This outlook is underpinned by the expected improvement in global fleet efficiency to 17.5 joules per terahash and the strategic advantage of low-cost, green energy in Paraguay.

The HPC/AI business, Buzz, is targeted to achieve $100 million in annualized revenue by 2026. This will be propelled by the Toronto data center acquisition, which is expected to triple HIVE's HPC footprint, and the deployment of next-generation NVIDIA GPUs. The company's "sovereign AI strategy" in Canada, focusing on long-term contracts with government and enterprise clients, aims to secure stable, high-value revenue streams. HIVE's management team, with its extensive experience across multiple crypto market cycles, emphasizes a disciplined approach to capital allocation, ensuring that growth is accretive and generates positive cash flow.“ Quelle: https://beyondspx.com/quote/HIVE/analysis/hive-digital-s-dual-engine-accelerating-growth-in-bitcoin-mining-and-ai-compute-nasdaq-hive
