After I had made a name for myself with my first two investment books - "One step ahead of the stock market" and "Rule number 1" - I have now ventured into my first investment, inspired by what I took away from them.
I have decided to invest in $CRM (-0,66%) - here are my thoughts on it:
🔹 Strong fundamentals:
Since 2017, sales have grown by ~20% p.a. on average, free cash flow even by ~28% p.a., and EPS increased by ~38% p.a. on average.
The previously very high valuation has now been significantly reduced - the risk/reward ratio is now much more attractive for me.
🔹 Future topic AI:
Salesforce is investing massively in artificial intelligence (including Einstein GPT & Data Cloud). These investments are slowly starting to pay off 🤖
🔹 Outlook:
The company is targeting organic sales growth of around 10% per year until 2030 - a solid basis for long-term growth.
🔹 Technical setup:
On a weekly basis, the MACD has provided a buy signal, and the 100-day line has also been crossed from below - good technical timing for me.
Conclusion: Stable, fast-growing company with solid figures, reasonable valuation and tailwind from AI. I'm excited to see how this develops! 🚀
