Iberdrola offers preemptive shares instead of dividends, which are issued automatically if they are not explicitly rejected.

This is not a derivative by the way.
Either a scrip dividend or subscription rights to new shares in the event of a capital increase by Iberdrola?
But you should have received information for both variants - you should also read it.

@greenMoney Don't trust the data information you get from GQ. Unfortunately, sometimes some of it doesn't fit. It's always best to look for information directly from the company --> investor relations pages on the Internet are a great help.
