@NichtRelevant this year should finally get all the approvals for the creation of the new bank. A somewhat complex operation that should create additional leverage. The only flaw is that no shares of the new entity will be distributed to individual shareholders in proportion to their shareholding percentage, and this, despite the use of corporate assets in the bank's share capital.
