Hello my dears, if the price has overcome the high of December 6, 2024. We could be heading for the sky.
I personally consider the estimates of 34% earnings growth for next year to be somewhat conservative. This would reduce the P/E ratio from 22.63 to an attractive 17.41.
Which for me would still mean upside potential. And that for a defense stock that even Europe cannot do without.
Billion-euro deal to modernize the Polish F-16 fleet
One such positive signal is the recently concluded agreement with Poland to modernize 48 F-16 Block 52+ to the latest F-16 Viper standard. The USD 3.8 billion deal includes state-of-the-art APG-83 AESA radars, new mission computers, improved electronic warfare systems, modern helmet systems, structural reinforcements for a 12,000-hour flight life and simulator upgrades. Most of the work will be carried out in Poland itself, which not only strengthens operational readiness, but also expands the domestic defense sector. Lockheed Martin emphasizes the close partnership with the Polish Air Force and the interoperability with 5th generation platforms such as the F-35.
I also find it attractive that we have a growth stock here where the dividend yield of 2.63% continues to rise. @Dividendenopi
Sales, profits and free cash flow will increase steadily over the next few years.

Pentagon calls for doubling of missile production - defense stocks benefit from
massive armament wave!
The Pentagon's initiative to massively increase missile production promises years of lucrative growth for major defense companies!
The latest news from the Pentagon has electrified the arms industry. The call for a doubling to quadrupling of missile production is no mere declaration of intent, but a clear signal for the strategic realignment of the USA with regard to a possible conflict with China. For me, it is particularly remarkable how Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg personally telephones executives on a weekly basis - this shows the urgency of the project. The numbers are impressive anyway.
