+++ Three exciting companies that you won't find in my wikifolios +++

Not every stock from my DIBS investment universe makes it into one of my wikifolios. Some companies are simply not investable there (at this time). Nevertheless, I hold these three stocks in my personal DIBS portfolio because, in my view, they address interesting technologies.

🔋 Amprius Technologies (AMPX)

Amprius $AMPX develops batteries with silicon anodes that enable significantly higher energy densities than conventional lithium-ion cells. Especially for drones, aviation, and future mobile robotics, every gram saved can make a decisive difference. If this technology gains widespread adoption, Amprius could become a key component in the field of Physical AI .

đŸ‘ïž Ouster (OUST)

Ouster $OUST develops digital LiDAR sensors that enable machines to map their surroundings in three dimensions. Such systems are used in autonomous vehicles, mobile robots, and industrial automation, among other applications. In my view, precise perception is one of the fundamental prerequisites for Physical AI can function reliably.

⚡ nLIGHT (LASR)

nLIGHT $LASR develops high-performance lasers and laser-based systems for industrial and defense applications. I find the combination of precise material processing and directed energy systems particularly exciting, as they could play a greater role in modern defense and autonomous solutions in the future. That is why I classify the company under the DIBS technology path Future Defense Technologies .

You can find all three companies on my DIBS board on Exposure Spectrum.

Amprius—that's what Juan keeps showing me, too. But it's gone well so far.

$AMPX I find this very interesting; I already had it in my portfolio in the fourth quarter of 2025 and sold it in April of this year at nearly 100% above its high. After that, the price initially fell before another breakout attempt in early June, which also failed. Now it’s back at an interesting level.

@Multibagger When would you get on board?

@Multibagger My buy-in price was $4.06. If the technology catches on, the stock could really take off. If not, that's no problem for me either—I've already recouped my initial investment by selling a portion of my holdings.

Are you still invested in Ouster? And how do you see it over the next 3–4 years, that is, through 2030?

@Multibagger Yes, I’m still invested. Ouster remains an interesting bet on Physical AI for me because LiDAR can play an important role in robotics, autonomous mobility, and industrial automation.

Looking ahead to 2030, I’m generally positive. The company is growing strongly, margins are moving in the right direction, and the number of sensors shipped is rising. At the same time, I don’t yet consider Ouster a “safe” growth stock. The key factor will be whether the expected adoption of Physical AI actually translates into sustained strong revenue growth and rising profitability.

That’s why I’m holding onto the position, but I view Ouster as clearly more speculative than many of my established infrastructure stocks.
