Cash compensation?

$HRPK (+0%) apparently offers to pay €1.90 for shares? I have not come across this before. Is this a "normal" share buyback? Do you have 7C solar in your portfolio and how do you deal with it?

Ok, I did some more research. It's probably similar to a normal buyback program, only public.

But then I think it's stupid, who would accept such a thing? No share price gain and EPS rise afterwards. So for me the decision is a clear no.
