Stellantis, time to call it ?

Sometimes, despite solid research and reasonable expectations, a stock just doesn’t live up to the thesis.

For me, $STLAM (+1,96%) has been one of those names lately ...

What looked like a strong value and dividend play has turned into a persistent drag.

At some point, it makes sense to stop waiting for a turnaround and reallocate that capital where it can work better.

No bitterness, no drama — just a decision to move on, reallocate, and let that capital breathe elsewhere.

Curious how others handle situations like this tho ? — when is it time to move on from a lagging position?

Of all times to sell, the worst one is when the market is sh***ing its pants. I am just thinking happy thoughts and looking at my free cash and shopping list.

@LoStregone yeah I'm down 28,5% on that title, but every other stocks in this portofolio are in the green, so it's pretty much the troublemaker

Personally I bought more at 7/8 euros mark.

I think their Chinese EV joint ventures to be good, product lineup in Europe to be solid, so now it's mostly about recovering in North America and sailing through the current difficult environment.

In any case I have few thousands invested so I really don't care that much.
