Ladies and gentlemen, I remain invested here too and look forward to the figures in November.
Gilat announced that its Commercial Division has received orders worth USD 42 million from a leading satellite operator, mainly for its SkyEdge IV multi-orbit platform. Delivery of the systems is scheduled for the next twelve months.
These orders will significantly expand the global deployment of Gilat's SkyEdge IV platform. This platform is the first choice of satellite operators looking to enable next-generation connectivity in a multi-orbit environment.
SkyEdge IV is widely deployed to support a variety of critical applications, including in-flight connectivity (IFC), maritime mobility, enterprise broadband and cellular backhaul. The increasing use of IFC and the rapid rollout of free Wi-Fi on commercial flights are driving global investment in satellite infrastructure. Thanks to its scalability, flexibility and efficiency, the SkyEdge IV platform enables operators to meet the growing demand from passengers and businesses for seamless high-speed broadband anywhere in the world.
