Thanks, I think McDonalds will struggle in the long run due to the products they have which are really anything but good food but the stores are running smoothly, always full and lots of regular customers.
I'm excited to get in on the savings plan today and believe they will hold up well in the long run even though I think it will be a struggle. However, healthy alternatives that are similarly priced and also prepare the food in the same speed AND above all the time availability (such as 20-23 o'clock in the evening) are hardly or not at all available. I therefore still see the share and the company as a good long-term investment

@Trust4Finance Thank you for your contribution.
Mh, don't know if McD. We have to struggle in the long term. I don't think food will be the problem for the next few decades.
The trend towards health is growing, but not all consumers are willing to pay more for it or wait longer. McDonald's therefore remains a reality product for the mass market, not just a symbol for "unhealthy food". And: most customers know what they are getting into. Customer loyalty is surprisingly high.
Parents often deliberately take their children there because it's quick, predictable, cheap and convenient. As described, the campaigns are going really well.
I'm with you on the opening hours and Marktbetz. Many healthy alternatives simply can't keep up here.
Especially for shift workers, traveling families or commuters, McDonald's remains the quick solution in many everyday situations. When we're traveling, we almost always make a quick stop at McD.
McDonald's stands between fast food tradition and adaptation to the current environment, and it is precisely this mix that makes the business model so stable. 👍
