In my view, the risk is simply too high at the moment. The company continues to have very high expenses, while clear and sustainable sales drivers are not yet in sight.
In addition, a key question remains unanswered for me: Are the former founders possibly abandoning a sinking ship here? Of course, this is not necessarily the case, but as an investor you should at least question such signals critically.
What I also cannot understand: Why are you founding a new company with a focus on mRNA when you already own one with Biontech? This decision would make much more sense to me if Biontech were now a cumbersome value company that has lost its agility. But that is precisely not the case - Biontech is still a research-driven, innovation-oriented company.
For me, this does not currently result in a coherent overall picture. I am therefore personally very cautious here and will remain on the sidelines for the time being.
