Good luck, you'll need it with the company 😉

@Klein-Anleger We all want a bit of luck. I like to think back to Shell in 2020. Back then at just under 10 euros per share, a loss of around 22 billion US dollars and the first dividend cut since the Second World War. Today a star in the portfolio. I take it sportingly.

@Klein-Anleger At least they are still good as a dividend stock, 5% yield is quite reasonable

@Crash-Propheteus they will
not do it. Cash is there and it would be a slap in the face for shareholders.

@Finanzaristokrat That's right! They have always shied away from a slap in the face 😭😂.

@Klein-Anleger You know what I mean. I don't understand this hatefulness in our society. This behavior on social media is disgusting.

@Finanzaristokrat this is not spitefulness, but an allusion to the fact that Novo Nordisk has already slapped shareholders in the face several times in the recent past 😉 don't be so thin-skinned, otherwise social media is not a good place for you 😎 we all live on the same earth anyway...

@Klein-Anleger and again. Always give this tip. Just leave it alone. Then the world will be a better place.

Why are people currently buying stocks like Novo, Nike and the like instead of NVIDIA, Visa and the like?

It's your money, but let's be honest. This is really wild.

@FairValue strong turnaround candidates:

- Nike is one of the strongest brands worldwide and has an intangible value of approx. 30-50 billion USD

- Novo is one of the most profitable companies in Europe
(All this Eli Lilly vs Novo blah blah blah is just the current market story, there is a top company behind it, period!)

Both companies currently also have a strong dividend yield

Nevertheless, you can put your money into companies you are more convinced of :)

@MarcoZ Citing stocks that have been massively punished by the market for years as strong turnaround candidates is a typical misjudgment on the part of private investors.

The value of the Nike brand is pretty irrelevant for the share price. The fundamentals are also sobering.
What both companies have in common, however, is that they are not expected to grow significantly in terms of sales or profits, but are stagnating.

And although Novo actually looks good fundamentally, you have to think about why such a top company has lost almost 80% of its share price in two years and what information the big players on the market have that you don't have.
